Rule 11
Sample Packet (Sample Packet)
(a) The sample packet should contain reliable commercial samples and such samples should not have a selling price. Sender's and receiver's name, address, rank, occupation and date of invoice Sender's correct print telephone number, telegraphic address, trade mark number, number, price measure weight available quantity and basic information about the price and the nature of the item and other necessary information indicating the same inside the packet or There should be no writing other than what is shown on the outside,
(b) Samples may be kept in any pouch, bag, box or envelope but should be kept in such a way that the contents can be examined immediately when opened or removed. It is not mandatory to pack only one single wooden or metal tube. But such postal item shall have a table affixed to it for the purpose of address and stamp,
(c) Crackable or breakable specimen items may also be securely packed in a metal, wooden or strong cardboard strap or box and sent in a specimen packet so as not to cause damage to postal workers or stamps en route,
(d) Liquids, oils and easily inflammable substances shall be kept in well-closed containers and such containers shall be kept in metal or strong wooden or strong cardboard boxes with cotton, wood dust or absorbent material around the box in sufficient quantity,
(e) Soft and sticky substances that dissolve easily, such as ointments, soft soaps, resins and silkworms, etc., should be placed in an inner box or bag only and kept in an outer box of wood, metal or strong thick leather,
(f) The dust should be kept inside a wooden box instead of a strong tin with a double cover along with the wood dust. Such dust should be kept between a tin plate and a metal, wooden or cardboard box. The box made in this way should be kept in a cloth bag and closed (g) Live bees shall be kept in a box designed to protect against all dangers but shall be kept in such a way that the object can be examined,
(h) Items perishable when packed in the normal manner bAccepted only if taken and safely closed. (k) Postage stamp duty on the sample packet should be paid in advance. Any letter with a personal account of unpaid fees, notes or writings that are damaged, not packed according to this rule, or paper similar to postage stamps or other rupees, damaged, or exceeding the measurement weight limit, or any salable item, will be returned to the sender. If the sender completes the required items and submits the post again, he will have to pay the fee for the new item.
